We stand behind our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, reply to your Stripe receipt email with the subject line "Refund Request." We will process your refund within 3–5 business days and confirm by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Because our products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately, we are not able to accept refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
We collect only what is necessary to process your purchase or deliver your requested content:
Payment data. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Email address. Your email address is collected when you complete a purchase or request a free resource. We use it to deliver your purchase or free content, send occasional follow-up tips related to what you requested, and respond to support requests. You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time using the link included in each message. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. Email delivery is handled by Resend, our email service provider.
Cookies. Our product pages do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.
For questions about your data, contact us by replying to any email you received from us.
License. When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or sublicense the content.
